Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your tour with ETB. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Tour Pricing

Prices vary based on travel season, itinerary, and selected hotel or cruise category. All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival (groups).
  • Individual travelers may pay the balance upon arrival in Egypt.

Changes & Travel Delays

ETB is not responsible for delays or changes caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, technical issues, strikes, or Nile traffic. Such changes may affect the itinerary and are not eligible for refunds.

Guides & Representatives

A professional local representative and Egyptologist guide will be provided unless otherwise stated.

Hotels & Nile Cruises

ETB reserves the right to substitute accommodations with alternatives of the same category and standard if necessary.

Passports & Visas

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and meet all health requirements before departure. Please check with your local consulate for updated entry regulations.

Liability

ETB acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. While we strive to deliver all services as planned, we are not liable for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for unused services. Many suppliers (hotels, airlines, cruises) operate on non-refundable policies, which apply to your booking.

Children Policy

  • 0 – 5.99 years: Free of charge
  • 6 – 11.99 years: 50% discount
  • 12+ years: Full adult rate

Cancellation Policy

  • 61+ days before travel: $250 per person
  • 60 days or less: 25% of total cost
  • 21 days or less: 50% of total cost
  • 7 days or less: 100% of total cost

Flights (international or domestic) are typically non-refundable and may incur full cancellation penalties or change fees.

Responsibility

ETB is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delays, or unforeseen circumstances caused by third parties or events beyond our control.

Transportation

If the specified vehicle is unavailable, a similar model of equal standard will be provided.
